Before You Begin

Taking a few minutes to prepare your documents in advance will make the online application quick and smooth. All scanned documents must be clear, legible, and in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.

Required Information

  • Valid Personal Email Address
    All university communication will be sent here.
  • Valid Mobile Number
    For you and a parent/guardian.
  • CNIC or B-Form Number
    National Identity Card or child registration number.

Required Scanned Documents

  • Passport-Sized Photograph
    Recent color photo, white or blue background.
  • CNIC or B-Form (Front & Back)
    Scanned copies of both sides.
  • Matriculation / O-Level Certificate
    Official marksheet or certificate.
  • Intermediate / F.Sc / A-Level Certificate
    Awaiting results? Upload first-year marksheet.
  • Additional Test Results
    MDCAT, SAT, etc. (if applicable).

Create Your Account
  1. Visit apply.isra.edu.pk and click "Sign Up".
  2. Select the Admission drive you are applying to (e.g., "Admissions Spring 2026").
  3. Fill in your name, email, and CNIC number, and choose a secure password.

Complete Your Profile
  1. Log in to the portal and navigate to the "User Profile" section.
  2. Enter all personal details including mailing address, contact numbers, and father's name.
  3. Upload your passport-sized photograph here.

Select Your Programs
  1. Go to the "Programs" tab.
  2. Select your desired program(s) and campus(es).
  3. You can apply for multiple programs under a single application fee.

Pay the Application Fee

This step is required for most drives. If you applied via a scholarship/campaign where the fee is waived, this section may not appear.

  1. Navigate to the "Payments" section of the portal.
  2. Pay the flat PKR 2,000 application fee (covers all programs and campuses selected).
  3. Payment methods: Online Bank Transfer or Demand Draft.
  4. Upload a clear scanned copy of your proof of payment.

Upload Documents & Enter Marks
  1. Go to the "Marks" section and enter your marks exactly as they appear on official marksheets (Matric, Intermediate, and other required tests).
  2. In the "Documents" section, upload all required scanned documents.

Review & Final Submission
  1. Navigate to the "Submit Form" tab to see a full summary of your application.
  2. Review every detail carefully.
  3. Check the declaration box to confirm all information is true and accurate.
  4. Click the final "Submit Application" button.
  5. You will receive a Confirmation Page with your Application ID — take a screenshot and download your confirmation letter.
Important: Take a screenshot of the confirmation page and save your Application ID for your records.

Yes! You can select multiple programs and campuses. The flat PKR 2,000 fee covers all your selections in a single application.

No. If you already registered and applied through the Medical Scholarship Program, your application for admission is complete. Simply use the "Apply Now" button to sign in to your existing portal.

You can upload your first-year marksheet as a placeholder. You will be required to update your results once they are officially available.

You can pay via Online Bank Transfer or Demand Draft. After payment, upload a clear scanned copy of your payment proof in the portal's "Payments" section.
